Your care is delivered online by a provider licensed in your state. You'll read and accept the full telehealth consent during your visit, before any medical questions.
Online care can't replace an in-person exam for every condition. Your provider may ask for more information or lab work, or recommend you see someone in person. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911.
