Online visits with licensed providers. Get started

Questions and answers

General questions are below. Each treatment page also answers questions about that treatment.

Getting started

How does an online visit work?

You choose a treatment and answer a medical questionnaire about your health, history and goals. A licensed provider reviews your answers and decides whether the treatment is appropriate. They may message you with follow-up questions.

Will I need a video call?

Usually not. Most visits are completed through the questionnaire, but some states and treatments require a video or phone consultation. Your provider will tell you if yours does.

Who are the providers?

Independent healthcare providers licensed in the state where you live.

Prescriptions and pharmacy

What if the provider doesn't prescribe?

A provider may decide a treatment isn't right for you, or suggest a different option. A prescription is never guaranteed.

Who fills my prescription?

A licensed U.S. pharmacy, which ships your treatment to the address you provide.

What are compounded medicines?

Compounded medicines are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual prescription. They are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or quality.

Pricing and payment

Do you take insurance?

No. Treatments are paid for directly at checkout, so there are no claims or prior authorizations.

How is payment handled?

Your medical questionnaire and checkout run in a secure, HIPAA-protected visit. Your card details and health information go straight to our medical and payment partners over an encrypted connection and are never stored by this website.

Are prices monthly?

Prices are shown per month of treatment. Your plan details are confirmed at checkout before you pay.
