Complete a medical questionnaire
Answer questions about your health, history and goals. It takes a few minutes.
A licensed provider reviews it
They check whether the treatment is safe and appropriate for you, and may follow up with questions.
If prescribed, it ships to you
A licensed pharmacy fills your prescription and sends it to your door.
What happens at checkout
When you start a visit, your health information and payment are collected together in a secure, HIPAA-protected checkout.
Your medical questionnaire
Questions about your health, medicines, allergies and goals. Answer honestly and completely; your provider relies on it.
Your details and payment
Your shipping address and payment, entered in your secure, HIPAA-protected visit.
Identity and consent
Some treatments and states require identity verification and consent to telehealth care before a provider can prescribe.
After your visit
If your provider prescribes treatment, a licensed pharmacy fills it and ships it to you. If they decide a treatment isn’t right for you, they’ll tell you why and may suggest another option.
Treatment continues month to month while it’s prescribed. Your provider may check in periodically and adjust your dose or plan.
